Coconut Sugar is a nectar sap of the coconut flowers blossom which is boiled down until it thickens and changes colour from translucent to golden brown, then it is granulated. I tis excellent for baking, chocolate making, confectionaries, beverages, as sweeter to all kind of drinks. Glicerin Index (GI) 35 and low. This product is diabetic friendly.
